| Poor Baby Leif (blue mackerel tabby & white male) was stillborn. Helena had so many kittens. Tiny Laya crossed the Rainbow Bridge 4 days after her birth, as she was born without a thymus. The thymus gland is rsponsible for the entire immune system development. I stayed up with her for 4 days and gave her so much love, kisses and milk while she was with us in this world. She was a lovely but tiny black mackerel torbie and white. I miss her dearly. All the other kittens are doing very well and Helena is an excellent "Mama"! | ||||||
